

Virginia was born on June 20, 1948 in Esslingen, Germany to Roy and Hilda Worley.
Virginia served proudly with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s department for 21 years as a detention deputy. She retired in 2008. Virginia was well respected by her peers.
She was a lifelong resident of Tampa, Florida. She enjoyed quality time at her home making home crafts. Virginia also enjoyed fishing and camping in her spare time with her family.
Virginia thoroughly enjoyed game nights and she loved Bingo with a passion, winning the coverall most times she played.
She had a passion for her animals. Her pets were her family. Tippy, Jody, Kit Kat, Skittles, Jesse, and momma cat were like her own children and she spoiled them daily.
Our sister Virginia had a great sense of humor, always making us laugh with her quick wit and awesome stories. She could always find a way to make us smile, especially on our family get togethers.
She displayed courage, strength, and grace battling her illness and we admired that about our sister. She is with the angels now.
She is pre deceased by her parents and her son Marc, whom she loved dearly.
Virginia is survived by her four siblings. Two brothers, Frank and Ronnie. Two sisters, Becky and Rhonda. Many nieces and nephews, along with some dear friends.
