William Howard Akins Jr.

William was a skilled and dedicated professional who took immense pride in his work as a licensed electrical contractor. As the owner of his own electrical company, he built a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship, reliability, and integrity. His commitment to excellence earned him the trust and respect of both his clients and colleagues.

Outside of his career, William had a deep passion for adventure and exploration. As a licensed pilot, he found joy and freedom in the skies, and as a scuba diver, he appreciated the beauty and serenity of the underwater world. These pursuits reflected his curious spirit and his enduring love for life’s experiences. William was also an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing, and camping. When he was not spending time outdoors, he was active in the kitchen sharing his love for cooking.

William is survived by his beloved spouse, Susan; his sister, Margaret; and many cherished nieces and nephews. He will be remembered for his dedication, adventurous spirit, and the lasting impact he made on those who knew and loved him,for he lived his life to the fullest.

Celebration of Life will be held in William's honor on Sunday, April 19 at 4:30pm at Iavarone's Steakhouse and Italian Grill.
