William David McNeal, 96, of Tampa, passed away Oct. 26, 2021.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 1st at 11:00 am at Mission Hill Church, 10002 N. 56th St, Temple Terrace, FL. Visitation from 10:30 - 11:00 am.
He is survived by his wife of 73 years, Elmarie, sons Gary (Lynn), David Jr. (Ann), 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Mission Hill Church.
