

Bill was born in Tampa to William W. Miller, Sr. and Melva E. Miller on March 15, 1951.
Bill graduated from Hillsborough High School and later received a bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida. He had a long fulfilling career with Sears and retired as a parts advisor.
Bill had a genuine devotion to free-roaming cats and was one of their greatest champions and providers. He was a sensitive soul and held a deep and loving relationship with his cat Carey and adopted dog Cedric.
Bill was enthusiastic in his beliefs and a good friend to the end. He was known for his focused inspiring passion in all aspects of events and was always ready to discuss the politics of life. He held stimulatingly strong opinions and an impressive memory for time and space.
Through the years, Bill was a devoted member of The Hillsborough High School Alumni Association. Working with the organization for the class of 1969 reunion was one of Bill’s final accomplishments.
Bill was preceded in death by his father William and his mother Melva. He is survived by caring family members and his benevolent friends.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2019, at 9:30 am Eastern at Blount & Curry Funeral Home at Garden of Memories, 4207 E. Lake Ave., Tampa, FL 33610.
