MOBLEY, William C., 88, native of Tampa, passed away Monday, August 27, 2018. He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Betty J. Mobley; daughter, Linda Donlin; sons, Richard and Robert Mobley; brother, John Mobley; sister, Betty Jackson; family and friends. The family will receive friends for Visitation Saturday, September 1, 2018 between 9 and 10 AM at Blount & Curry at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4207 East Lake Avenue, Tampa. Services will begin at 10 AM at the funeral home, followed by Interment at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
