He is survived by his loving wife JoAn ; children, Deliha; Tammy; Carlos Jr.; James; Gilbert and Christan with several grandchildren; Brothers and Sisters; Mellissa, Ernest, Adam, Solomon, Johnny, Eva Olivarez; Mary Helen Gonzales, Janie Tobler, Rachel Burt, Olga Reyes and Maria Martinez. Carlos was very humble and had a big heart. He will be truly missed.
