

Helen Jezisek, 90, of Granger passed away on Monday November 27, 2023. Helen was born in Jarrell on January 26, 1933 to Timothy and Francis Havelka. She married the love of her life Frank Jezisek on November 17, 1953. Together they had 5 children. Helen was a lifelong member of Ss. Cyril and Methodious Catholic Church, KJZT, Catholic Life, Granger Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary, and Legend of Mary Auxiliary.
Helen is survived by her daughter, Kathy Blaha husband Daniel; sons, Kenneth Jezisek wife Teresa, Tim Jezisek wife Edwina, and Pat Jezisek; 7 Grandchildren; 12 Great Grandchildren; and 4 Great Great Grandchildren along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents; Timothy and Francis Havelka; brother, Lawrence Havelka; sister, Isabell Fiebrich – Frymire; sister, Edith Goertz; Husband, Frank Jezisek; son, Robert Jezisek; and Granddaughter, Misty Jezisek Smith.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday November 29, 2023 from 6pm-8pm with a Rosary at 7pm. A Mass of Resurrection will be held on Thursday November 30, 2023 at 10 am at Ss. Cyril and Methodious Catholic Church in Granger, TX. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Granger. Reception will follow at the SSCM Parish Hall.
Serving as Pallbearers will be nephews, James Havelka, David Havelka, Stephen Friebrich, Richard Fiebrich, Darren Goertz, and Chris Goertz. Honorary Pallbearers are nephews, Michael Fiebrich, Scott Jezisek, David Jezisek, and Mark Jezisek.
