

Jimmy Ray Zimmerhanzel, 46, passed away unexpectedly on May 31, 2013 in Lviv, Ukraine. Jimmy was born on February 15, 1967 in Portsmouth, Virginia to Betty Barcuch Zimmerhanzel and Jimmy Zimmerhanzel
Jimmy graduated from Taylor High School in1985 and later from Texas State Technical Institute. He was a lifelong resident of the Circleville-Taylor community and for many years worked in the family owned business, Circleville Store and Grain. His opportunities and many experiences learned in childhood helped him obtain his present position as Regional Director of Grain Elevator Services with Agrokultura in The Ukraine.
Jimmy is survived by his wife Ruth, his son Bryce, mother Betty, brother Craig and his wife Laurie, niece Kayla and nephew Carson Zimmerhanzel He is also survived by step children, Allison and Jonathan Sosa. Jimmy was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy, Sr,. his grandparents, Mary and Joe Barcuch, Elsie and Joe Zimmerhanzel, cousins Sabina Reat and Terry Voigt, aunts Bina Reat and Joan McNabb and Uncles Joboy Barcuch and Sam Reat.
Jimmy was an adventurer with many dreams and goals. He stood for his beliefs and hated hypocrisy. He had a unique personality, and was difficult to get to know but once you were accepted, you would never find a more trusted and devoted friend.
He was creative, intelligent and industrious and had the ability to make you smile immediately
Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 9, 2013 at 3P.M. at St.
Mary’s Catholic Church. Visitation will be held Saturday,
June 8, 2013 from 6 to 8 at Condra Funeral Home.
Memorials contributions can be made to American Heart Asociation, St. Mary’s Church or Brushy Creek Baptist Church at Normas Crossing.
