

Joe Franklin Eulenfeld received his eternal healing on September 8, 2011 as he passed from this world leaving behind a multitude of family and friends who loved him dearly. He was born August 7, 1922 to Albert A. Eulenfeld and Ella Bushing at there home in the Monadale Community. He married the love of his life, Birdie Faye Herzer in 1968 and has spent his entire married life being a devoted and loving husband. He spent 41 years serving Taylor and the surrounding communities while working at Taylor Builders. He also served his country as a medic in the US Air force. He was an active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church as he served on many committees over the years. Joe never met a stranger. He was known for his captive story telling, as he loved to talk and those around him loved to listen. He is survived by his loving wife Birdie, a brother Bobby Eulenfeld and an aunt Vera Davis as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters Alice Johnson, and Ruby Pfluger and 2 brothers Clyde Eulenfeld and James Eulenfeld. Joe will be forever loved and never forgotten.
