Marie Devine Farrack Randig, age 86, of Pflugerville/Normans Crossing went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 13, 2019 at the SPJST Rehab Center in Taylor. Marie was born on July 15, 1932 in Walburg, Texas to Ernest & Ella (Hanusch) Farrack. On July 207 1952 she married the love of her life, Walter H. Randig. During their 61 ½ years of marriage she and Walter raised 8 children while working together on the family farm. She served as a Sunday School teacher at Immanuel Lutheran Church. She was an Adult Leader for her children's 4-H Club and an active member of the Richland Community Club. She loved her polka music and loved when Pastor Tom would come with his guitar and sing songs to her. A very special thanks to Pastor Tom for all his visit over the years. She also enjoyed her gardening and cooking.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her brother, Horace Farrack, 2 infant brothers, August & Monroe and infant sister, Franice, sisters-in-law; Nelda Browning, Lydia Hees and Marylin Randig; brothers-in-law: Willie Randig Jr., Edmund Randig and Bill Browning and son-in-law; Henry Lee Loeve.
Marie is survived by 5 daughters: Cyndi Motloch (Henry), Donna Steffek (Daniel), Sheila Anderson (Bobby), Glenda Loeve, Carolyn Haverland (Randy). 3 sons, Walter D. (Dana), Michael and David (Brenda); 19 grandkids, 31 great-grandchildren with another due in May; her brother, Ernest Farrack (Sara); her sisters-in-law, Elvira Farrack and Doreen Randig and brother-in-law; Kermit Hees; and many, many nieces, nephews and friends.
Pallbearers will be grandsons: Troy Motloch, Travis Randig, Derrick Steffek, Chance Loeve, Jared Randig and Ryan Haverland. Honorary pa1lbeares will be Trent Randig, Justin Steffek, Jason Anderson, Blake Haverland, Billy Conlee and Justin Mayes.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 15th from 6-8PM at Condra Funeral Home in Taylor, Texas. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, January 16th at 1lAM at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Pflugerville with burial in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Building Fund in Pflugerville.
The family would to express their sincere appreciation to all those that visited and cared for Marie during her last year. Special thanks to the Staff of Resolution Hospice and SPJST Rehab Center.
