Marjorie Deaton Reynolds

Our beloved Mother, Grandma and Great-Grandma passed away peacefully on February 8, 2012 at the age of 83. She was born on May 3, 1928 to Daniel and Jennie Deaton in Granger, TX. She grew up in Taylor, TX where she married William (Billie) Reynolds on September 21, 1946. They moved to Corpus Christi, TX in 1956 where they raised their 4 children. In 2002 Margie and Billie moved to San Antonio to be closer to their children. Margie was a devoted, loving wife, Mother, Grandma and Great-Grandma who loved family gatherings and sharing precious family stories. Her joy was her family. She was such a blessing to all of her family and friends.

Margie is preceded in death by her parents, Billie, her husband of 57 years, 3 brothers and 1 sister. She leaves 4 children, Bill (Teresa) Reynolds, Molly (Richard) Schmidt, Pat (Kay) Reynolds, Richard (Debbie) Reynolds, 8 grandchildren, Adarsh (Sat Sang) Khalsa, Jennie (Tom) Padgett, Matt (Haley) Schmidt, Josh Reynolds, Hanna Reynolds, Emma Reynolds, Allison Reynolds, Zack Reynolds and 2 great-grandchildren, Marjie Padgett and Maddie Schmidt.

Visitation will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, February 11 at Condra Funeral Home, Taylor, TX. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, February 11 at Condra Funeral Home, Taylor, TX.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
