Melvin D. Crisp,76,peacefully departed this life on May 6,2011 in Georgetown,Texas. He was born on January 30,1935 in Spring City,Tennessee to Glyniss and Dossie (Smith) Crisp. He was a fireman for 32 years at Taylor Fire Dept. He Married Lillian Jane Zycha on June 3,1961. He is survived by his wife, Lillian (Zycha) Crisp of Taylor,Texas; one son Tim Crisp of Taylor,Texas two stepsons; David Eschberger of Taylor,Texas; Randy and wife Donna of Buchanan Dam,Texas;one sister; Peggy Parker of Homosassa,Florida; one Brother; Robert Crisp of Pickens,South Carolina and six; grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Wednesday May 11, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Condra Funeral Home,Taylor. Services will be on Thursday, May 12,2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Condra Memorial Chapel with Msgr. Lonnie Urban officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Taylor,Texas. Arrangements under the direction of Condra Funeral Home, Taylor, TX.
