

Minnie was born on May 8, 1924 to Joseph Sr. and Mary Zbranek in Granger, TX. Minnie married the love of her life, Willie on June 10th, 1947.
Minnie and Willie were well known in the community for their culinary delights at the Veterans Café in Granger. She was well known for her homemade enchiladas. Minnie loved spending time with her family and friends, especially with her grandchildren, when she was not working at the café.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Sr. and Louise Zbranek; her husband, Willie; son-in-law Ronny Dlouhy; grandson Shannon Dlouhy; sisters Bessie Janak, Louise Blackmon, Mary Karkosca, Annie Karkosca; brothers Joe and Johnnie Zbranek.
Minnie is survived by her children; Larry (wife Debbie) Mazoch, Linda Dlouhy, Barbara (husband Oscar) Bunge; her grandchildren, Shawn (wife Sandy) Dlouhy, Shala (husband Scott) Raesz, Shelly (husband Jason) Moldenhour, Nicole (husband Jackie) Volek, Clay Mazoch and Colton Mazoch; her great-grandchildren, Shane Dlouhy, Cooper Raesz, Brooklyn Moldenhour, Shaylee Dlouhy, and Brandon Slaughter; sister Georgie Kasparek, sister-in-law Alice Mazoch, sister-in-law Theresa Mazoch; and numerous extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held 6pm on Thursday January 9th, at Condra Funeral Home with a Rosary at 7pm.
Celebration of Life services will be 11am on Friday, January 10th at Ss. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church of Granger.
Pallbearers will be Shawn Dlouhy, Clay Mazoch, Colton Mazoch, Scott Raesz, Jason Moldenhour, Jackie Volek and Todd Slaughter.
The family would like to extend a very special thanks to family and friends, the SPJST Rest Home, Condra Funeral Home, Ss. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church, and Scott and White Hospital of Round Rock.
