Patricia Williams

Patricia Lee Bernhardt was born on May 15, 1945 to Roy and Pearl (Nygard) Bernhardt. She grew up with one older brother and two younger sisters. Patricia graduated from Thrall High School in 1964 as Salutatorian and then attended Nixon-Clay business College. She married Alan Ray Williams, on September 18, 1964 at First Baptist Church in Taylor. They had two children, Monica and Melissa. Patricia worked at Gellman’s Department Store, Alan’s Home Center, Brookshire Insurance and Williamson County Election Worker. When she retired, she took care of her granddaughters, Ashley and Rebecca. Patricia and Alan took several trips to Galveston, TX, Florida, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Missouri with and without children and grandchildren. Patricia was involved with her church throughout her lifetime. Above all, Patricia treasured the Lord, family and friends.

Patricia is preceded in death by her husband, Alan, her parents, her mother and father-in-law, and brother and sister-in-law Roy and Irene Bernhardt.

Patricia is survived by her children Monica (James) Lefner, Melissa (J.T.) Stone; two granddaughters Ashley (Kogan) Ewing, Rebecca Lefner; one great granddaughter Violet Munos; two sisters Linda (Billy) Sladek, Nancy (Glenn) Scruggs; brother-in-law, Charley (Jo Lynn) Williams; sister-in-law Wanda (Billy) Sanders, and numerous nephews and nieces and their children.

A Celebration of Life will be held at First Baptist Church at 2500 Mallard Lane, Taylor, TX 76574, on November 6, 2026 at 10:00 am.
