Polly was born in Groveton, TX on January 7, 1944 to the late William and Beulah Ponder White.
Polly is survived by her daughter, Leann Johnson Martin and her husband Paul of Taylor, TX; her grandson, Matt Briones; and great grandchildren, Isaiah and Abbigail.
Polly is preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Kathy Sutherland; her brothers, Marion, Joe, Curt, and Bob White; and her son, Steven Craig Johnson
