Bonnie Shelton

Bonnie Shelton age 83 Tazewell, TN was born August 26, 1926 and passed away Claiborne County Hospital. She was a member of Chittum’s Chapel Baptist Church. She attended the last few years Duncan Chapel and Chittum’s Chapel. she was preceded in death by her parents, James and Mossie Lester Dalton; husband, Rev. Henry Shelton; Brother Jimmy Dalton; sisters, Mary Jackson, June Hall, Madge “Mickey” Furhmann, Beatrice Matthew.

She is survived by her Daughters: Janice (James) Lewis of Murfreesboro, TN

Kim (Mike) Arnold of Tazewell, TN

Sons: Chris (Debbie) Shelton of Tazewell, TN

Lowell (Stella) Dalton of Bean Station, TN

Grandchildren: Quentin Lewis (Shelly), Stephanie (Jody) Short, Shain(Amy) Arnold, Loren Arnold, Brady (Whitney) Shelton, Justin (Lindsey) Shelton

Great Grandchildren: Jaden & Zane Lewis, Sarah Short, Asher Shelton

Sister: Pauline Epperson of Tazewell, TN

Several Nieces, Nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 9 P.M. Monday April 26, 2010 at the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. The body will lie in state 30 minutes before service. Funeral service 11:000 A.M. Tuesday April 27, 2010 at the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in the Singleton Cemetery.
