Elizabeth Eldridge

Elizabeth Eldridge age 74 of Tazewell TN, was born August 22, 1941 and passed away on November 19, 2015 at home surrounded by family and friends. Elizabeth attended Chittum’s Chapel Baptist Church and she worked at Jefferson Bank for most of her career. Elizabeth was a devoted wife of 55 years as well as a devoted mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Elizabeth and Cecil Large; her parents Everett Guy and Lois Rowland; her loving brother Robert E. Rowland; loving husband of 55 years Tip Eldridge and several loving brothers and sisters.

Elizabeth is survived by her son: James (Cindy) Rowland

Grandchildren: Elizabeth and Austin Rowland

Sisters: Eunice Derreberry, Elnora Cheatham, Mildred Finger, and Lois Keck

Sister In Law: Pauline Ferguson

Nieces: Amy (Donnie) Hampton and children, Vickie Johnson Poynter

Nephews: Kenny and Robert E. Jr. Rowland, James, Kestel, Willard, Rick, Clay, and Steve Eldridge

The family will receive friends from 10 A.M. until 12 P.M Tuesday November 24, at Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell, the funeral service will follow at 12 P.M. in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Irish Memorial Gardens.
