Elmer Lee Johnson 'Peanut', age 64, of New Tazewell, Tennessee passed away on Friday, February 4, 2022. He was born June 26, 1957. Peanut was loved by everyone who knew him, he was both kind and friendly. He was someone people enjoyed being around and he will be dearly missed by everyone who knew him.
Elmer 'Peanut' is survived by his mother Lola Coe. Wife Valerie Johnson. Daughters Brandy (David) Garren and Katie Sisk. Brothers Michael Johnson, Robert Johnson, Darrell 'Duke' Coe, Alvin Stapleton, and Tracy Johnson. Sisters Debbie Starling, Angie Searcy, and Loretta Johnson. Step-daughter Melissa Kilton; Five grandchildren. Three great grandchildren. As well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father Fred Johnson. Son Jeremy Johnson. Brother Kenneth Johnson.
