Frances Duncan

Frances Kay Duncan age 71 of Tazewell, TN was born February 1, 1945 and passed away August 24, 2016 at the Wellmont Hospice House. She was a member of Pleasant View Missionary Baptist Church where she was the Sunday School Secretary for many years. She retired from England Furniture in December 2012. Her grandchildren were the center of her life and she was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend to all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Bill L. and Zelma Davis Brooks; twin brother Jimmy Ray.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years: Andy Duncan

Daughter: Rebecca and husband, Andrew Beck

Grandchildren: Toby Scott Duncan

Sisters: Kathleen and husband, Benton, Estes

a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 9 P.M. Friday August 26, 2016 at Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell, TN. Graveside service, 10:00 A.M. Saturday August 27, 2016 at the Cook Cemetery at Pleasant View.
