Helen Ann Bell age 52 of Tazewell, TN was born April 3, 1964 and passed away February 20, 2017 at home surrounded by her family. Helen was a member of Community Baptist Chapel Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Henry Coffey; brothers David Coffey and James Coffey.
She is survived by her husband: Timothy Bell

Sisters: Bernice Dalton and Jeanette Barnard
Brother: Herb and Joan Coffey
Step Daughter: Treva and husband Markus Barnes
Step Son and wife: Nicholas and Melinda Bell
Grandchildren: Noah, Kyron, Casey and Nathaniel
Several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 11 A.M. until 1 P.M. Thursday with funeral service to follow at 1 P.M. Thursday February 23, 2017 at Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell. Burial in the Leabow Cemetery.
