Helen C. Hodge age 69 of Heiskell, TN born May 1, 1942 departed this life August 12, 2011 at home. She was a member of Bishopville Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by husband Shelby Hodge, parents Charlie and Liddie Barnard, 3 brothers, 4 sisters. survived by: children Eddie and Vernia, Mark and Crystal, Danny and Cindy Hodge, Patty and Jeff Goolsby, grandchildren Daniel and Josh Hodge, Nikki Banks, Alicia, Shelby, Lydia and Jacob Goolsby, Chaz and Cordell Hodge, Zachary, Tristan and Daniel Hodge, 2 step-grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, brothers Pete and Betty, Lonnie and Judy, Harold and Elsie Barnard, sisters Sarah and Robert Johnson, Inez and Jack McMillian ,In-laws Roger and Donna, Ed and Virginia Hodge , Bobbie Barach several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Sunday August 14 from 6-9pm at the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel in New Tazewell. Funeral service will be Monday August 15 at 1:00pm at the Pleasant View Baptist Church. Burial in the Cook cemetery . Ministers Rev. Mark Sutton and Rev.
