John Washington Carter

He was preceded in death by parents Frank and Daisy Carter.

He is survived by his loving wife Crickett. His loving daughters Johnnie (Jim), and Ella (Rusty). Three grandchildren he adored: Jessica, Emilee, and Logan. Three brothers; Charles, Jim (Jeanette), and Tony (Francis) Carter, and sister Barbara (Audy) Keck; who showed great love and support for him.

Special friends of the family: Jack and Brenda Sharp, Robin and Rhett Torbett, Inez and Jack Brogan, Janice Mcelhaney, Gaynell Cox, and Gene and Ruth Holt.

Family will receive friends Monday August 10th 5pm-8pm with the funeral following at 8pm at Highland Baptist Church in Sharps Chapel. Interment will be at Taylors Grove Cemetery Tuesday at 10am.

Services conducted by Rev. Greg Raley and Rev. Greg Sharp.

Pallbearers will be: Buddy, Arthur, Bill, Dave, Wade Tolliver and Jack Sharp.

Honorary pallbearers: Gene Holt, and Rhett Torbett.
