Judy Neal, age 72, of New Tazewell TN, was born April 28, 1947 and passed away on December 30, 2019. She is preceded in death by her parents J.C. and Ruth Bunch. Husband Charlie Neal. Son John Neal. Judy belonged to First Baptist Church of New Tazewell. She loved animals, but especially her cats.
Judy will be buried in Fairview Cemetery at a later date.
