Mary E Hurst

Mary E. Hurst, age 69, of Tazewell, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, October 17, 2021. Mary was born November 2, 1951. She was a member of Little Creek Missionary Baptist Church. Mary loved to spend time with her family and talking on the telephone. She was someone who would help anyone in anyway she could.

Mary was preceded in death by her mother Sylvia Ellison and father Brady Ellison; brothers Harley Ellison, Arlen Ellison, and Willie Ellison.

She is survived by daughter Chris (Marty) Hodge. Son Allen (Lois Ann) Scarlett. Sisters Jewell Daniels and Julie Brown. Grandchildren Adam Daniels, Alisha Daniels, Angelica England, Boston Scarlett, and Tessa Hodge. Eleven great grandchildren. As well as nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

The family will receive friends Thursday October 21st from 5 until 7 PM at Coffey Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 7 PM in the Coffey Funeral Home chapel. A graveside service will be Friday October 22nd at 11 AM in the Crane Cemetery in Harrogate.
