My dear sweet brother. I miss you so much that there isn't any words to explain how much. You were my rock, my best friend, and my confidant. Im so mad and hurt that you had to leave me. I know you didn't want to go, but God called you home. I love you more than words can say. I will forever keep you in my heart, and when it's my time to go you better be waiting on me.

Remembering the winter of 1978 in Owensboro Kentucky. Paul was staying with us for a while. It had snowed approximately 18 inches (give or take a few) that year. The city had plowed the roads and left a huge mountain of snow in the dead end of the street. Soooo.....
Paul and I had this bright idea to see who could cause an avalanche first. We commenced to kick the snow in competition, laughing the whole time and then we both limped to school still laughing. He had bruised his foot pretty bad and I had fractured my big toe. Oh but we had so much fun doing it!
As time went by we have all grown apart but none of you ever left my heart and mind. Dad has always kept Alicia and I informed of your lives and shares pictures and stories so proudly. I did get the opportunity to speak to Paul a while back and will cherish those conversations. My thoughts and prayers are with each and everyone of you now and always.
Lots of love,
Sister from KY
