Randy Thomas Lane

Randy Thomas Lane age 58 of Tazewell, TN was born June 28, 1954 and passed away on July 30, 2012 at 7:52 A.M. after a short battle with lung cancer at UT Medical Center. He had a magnetic personality and gift of conversation, had great stories to tell and some quiet wild and enjoyed sharing his many interesting experiences with his friends and family. He confessed faith at New Salem Baptist Church when he was 11 years old. He was baptized by Rev. Johnny Sandefur. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Lane and infant baby sister.

He is survived by his Mother: Marie Lane of Tazewell

Sisters: Mrs. ( Jack) Faye Lane Gilliland of Maryville, TN

Mrs. ( Joe B). Karen Lane Singleton of Tazewell, TN

Nieces and Nephews: Emmetta Bailey Everett, Michael Bailey, Joey Singleton, Jill Collins, Joni Horton

Great Nieces and Nephews: Garrett and Graham Everett, Colt and Case Singleton, Hannah Hammonds and Halley Horton, Izzy and Eli Collins

And a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 P.M. Wednesday August 1, 2012 at Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell with funeral service to follow at 7:00 P.M. Wednesday night in the Coffey Funera l Home Chapel. Burial at 11:00 A.M. Thursday in the King-Singleton-Lane Cemetery.
