

Ruby Lois Lambert Cline passed away on October 13, 2014 at the age of 89. She was born to Nettie (Greer) and Elezar Lambert on June 18, 1925. Ruby grew up in Tazewell with three sisters and one brother. She was the last surviving sibling. She was married to her husband Virgil for sixty-eight years until he preceded her with Alzheimer disease in 2010. They had lived in Knoxville for 44 years. Ruby was an excellent homemaker, cook and seamstress. She retired from Proffitt’s in her early 80’s. She was a member of Cokesbury Methodist Church.
She is survived by her children: Patricia Griffin of Knoxville

Edwin (Debbie) Cline of Knoxville
Grandchildren: Lance and Melanie Griffin
Brandi (Jimmy) Miller
Jodi Cheek
Adam (Jennifer) Cline

Jackson, Reagan and Tyler Cline
And a host of other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Wednesday October 15, 2014 from 5:30 until 7:00 P.M. with funeral service to follow at 7 P.M.
Burial in the Veterans Cemetery on Lyons View Pike in Knoxville at 9:30 A.M. Thursday October 16, 2014.
