Sandra Black, age 70, of New Tazewell TN, was born February 6, 1950 and passed away on June 15, 2020, at home with her family. Sandra is preceded in death by her parents Bill and Tootsie Barnes and brother Robbie Barnes. She is survived by her husband Bruce Black. Sons Willie Roberts and Mike Roberts. Granddaughter Ashlynn Roberts. Sister Diane Chadwell. Brother Jimmy Barnes. As well as several nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
Sandra will be buried in the Barnes Family Cemetery.
