LuAnn I. Sayles White

LuAnn White, 70, of Tekonsha, passed away peacefully at her home on November 11, 2012. She was born August 3, 1942 in Burlington to Chase and Laura Sayles. She grew up in Rolling Prairie, Indiana where she met her husband, Darcey White. They moved to Tekonsha in 1964.

She always planted a large garden, canning and freezing most everything in the garden. She enjoyed cooking, painting, camping and raising her family. For may years she did housekeeping and painting. She and Darcey spent the winter months in Florida.

LuAnn is survived by her husband, Darcey, 3 children; Gary White, Lorie (Ed) Patterson, Terry White, 2 brothers; Phillip (Susan) Sayles, Chase Sayles, and 4 grandchildren; Brandon White, Kaylynn White, Cameron Campeau and Kyle Patterson. She was preceded in death by her parents.

A graveside service will be held at a later date.
