He was a 1983 graduate of Perth Amboy High School and later graduated from FMU with a degree in Criminal Justice. A proud veteran, Andy served in the US Navy from 1993-1996. He worked in security for the Veterans Administration and went on to be a Lead Agent with the Transportation Security Administration. He was a member of DAV (Disabled American Veterans) and a volunteer at AMVET #4 in Tampa, Florida.
Andy is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Bernadette Clark Baio.
