

Armando retired from serving his country in the US Army as Chief Warrant Officer 3 with over 20 years of service. While serving during his career, he was awarded two Meritorious Service Medals, two Army Commendation Medals, five Army Achievement Medals, the Joint Meritorious Unit Award, the Joint Service Commendation Medal, the NCO Professional Development Ribbon with Numeral 3 and numerous other Army awards. He was a successful entrepreneur and President/CEO of HCI/Integrated Solutions and co-owner of ASL, LLC and Sentinel Group, LLC.
While he was a great businessman, he had a love for fine wines, rum, cigars and luxurious travel. Armando had a zest for life and family as well as an extraordinary gift for creating “Memorable Moments” (M&Ms), which he coined, for everyone around him. He embraced life with a rare passion and vitality, touching countless lives with his generous spirit. The joy, laughter and lasting memories he shared will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
Surviving is his fiancé, Claudia Mesa of Tampa, Florida, two sons Armando Jr (Peggy) Ygbuhay of Sacramento, CA, Joseph (Jessica) Ygbuhay of Haymarket, VA, and one daughter, Holly (Arthur) Semendinger of Culpepper, VA. Three brothers, Roger (Stephanie) Ygbuhay of Albuquerque, NM, Jonathan (Jill) Wisener of Fairfax, VA, Christopher (Shelly) Wisener of Minford, OH and two sisters, Michelle (Tony) Hamilton of Tampa, FL and Annie (Kanawha) Thornsberry of Waverly, OH. He was also blessed with his grandchildren, Dominic Michael, Sofia Marie, Madeline Margarita, and Lucas Semendinger, Joseph Jr and Jacob Ygbuhay, Riley, Avery and Conley Parham, and Beau, Gabe and Meleah Chacon.
He was preceded in death by his loving parents, James and Virginia Wisener of Portsmouth, OH.
Interment will be at Arlington National Cemetery.
A Celebration of Life will be scheduled later in Fairfax, VA for all family and friends to remember him as the amazing man he was.
Memorial contributions can be made in his name to charities he felt strongly about such as Tunnels to Towers Foundation, Mercy Ships, St. Jude and Cross Catholic Outreach.
