Celeste was active in Special Olympics; competing in bowling, tennis, swimming and gymnastics. 1992 Florida Special Olympics Athlete of the Year. Graduated from Lavoy in Tampa. Member of Toastmasters International.
She was preceded in death by her father, Joe Frank Castleman (Aleida).
Survivors include her loving mother, Loretta Sue McCartney, Susan Cantler and sisters, Sybrian and Tavia Castleman. Many wonderful family members.
A memorial service will be held at 6 pm, Thursday, November 21, 2024 at Blount and Curry, Terrace Oaks Chapel, Temple Terrace. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
