Don was born in Middletown Ohio at the age of four, Don moved to Florida, where he would spend the rest of his life. While living in Tampa, he began his own family at the young age of 19. Don was also a loving brother, uncle, and cousin, with strong family values and deep ties. He was always surrounded by family, and where Don was, there was always sarcasm, quick wit, and laughter.
He found joy in life’s adventures, whether riding his motorcycle, spending time in a cabin on the Rainbow River, embarking on cross-country trips with his son, Jeremy, in search of Bigfoot and aliens, or boating with his daughter, Jennifer, and grandson, Jude, in search of sharks. No matter the road he traveled or the waters he navigated, Don embraced every journey with a sense of adventure.
A hardworking and dedicated provider, Don, alongside his former spouse Tina, was able to purchase his first home at the age of 26. He was a devoted protector of his family, always present when needed and just a phone call away. He was a steady source of strength and support, always ready to lend a helping hand or a listening ear.
Don dedicated his career to woodworking, mastering his craft with passion and precision for over 40 years. He left a lasting impact on those he worked with and took great pride in his role as Project Manager and Senior Vice President at Atlantic Custom Woodcraft, where he led with craftsmanship and dedication for the past 18 years.
