

Herb was a hard working man of many talents. At 22 yrs old he owned & operated a Mobil Service Station, the first of his many businesses. He became a supervisor at Lehigh Utilities where he worked for 15 years also working part time at United airlines. Eventually, as a full time employee of United Airlines, he took every opportunity offered working a variety of positions in many airport locations. He also travelled extensively as a trainer for the airlines, represented co-workers as a shop steward and received numerous accolades including a prestigious Customer Satisfaction Award in 2001.
He enjoyed spending time with his rescued dogs-Vegas & Labatt, he liked to golf and fish, but his true passion was helping others achieve their goals.
He assisted friends, neighbors and family members with business start-ups, home improvement projects, car repairs- never turning down a request for assistance from anyone who needed a helping hand.
Herb was preceded in death by his parents. Edward and Edna Jackson.
He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Marilyn Reynes; son Jonathan Jackson; daughter Olga Mead (Rob); brother Ed Jackson (Grace); sister Jill Graby (Bill); and grandchildren Elise Mead and Keira Mead. His beloved dogs Vegas (deceased) and Labatt are forever by his side.
