PEREZ, Jose Daniel, 74, of Tampa, Florida Passed away Monday, May 12th at Tampa General Hospital. Jose was a native of Tampa and after his service in the Air Force he returned to Tampa to start his career. He was an Anesthesiologist for many years at Tampa General Hospital. After retiring from there, Jose opened a private practice in Family Medicine. Jose was preceded in death by his parents Jose and Carlota. Survivors include his brother Ronald and wife Deborah Perez, nephew Ronnie and niece Christine. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 19th., 10:00 AM at Blount Curry Terrace Oaks Chapel, 12690 N. 56th St., Temple Terrace, Florida with Military Honors at 1:30 PM at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
