DRAKE, Joyce Ann Rickabaugh, "Rickie", a lifetime of love and light ended May 27, 2014, when the Lord called our mother, sister and friend home. Surviving to treasure her memory are her siblings, Paul, Dean and Sandy; her beloved daughters, Karin McCarthy Manzoni of Milan, Italy and Jennifer McCarthy of Tampa; step-daughter, Jenifer Drake of New Orleans and grandson, Riccardo Manzoni of Milan. After an accomplished career as an RN and diabetes specialist, she retired from the VA Hospital in Tampa to enjoy her life with her husband, Paul. Rickie will be interred in Charleston, WV beside her Paul.
