He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Glenda Billett.
Survivors include his son, Ken Billett, Jr. and his wife, Vicki; daughter, Kim Billett; sister Leanna Bailey and her husband, Tom; and four grandchildren, Emily and Zach Billett and Nathan and Andrea Moran.
A reception will be held from 5-7 pm, Saturday, January 21, 2023 at 515 Nantucket Drive, Temple Terrace.
