Marguerite Tozier-McHugh

Her parents were mom Edith and dad Edward Seamans. She had an older brother Edward II and sister Helen. The family was raised on the east coast of the U.S. from Maine to Florida.

Marguerite graduated from Bliss College with a Business Degree. In her first job she taught Business at Solon High School in Solon, Maine. She met Keith Tozier after World War II. They attended a corn roast and were later married.

Marguerite passed away surrounded by her family. She was greatly loved as the marvelous mother she devoted her life to. She raised seven sons and a daughter, Ann Elizabeth, she was predeceased. Her sons and spouse are Kenneth, Brian and Linda, Bruce, Jim, Steven, Keith, and Michael. She has 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Keith Earland Tozier predeceased Marguerite on January 29, 2002. Marguerite later married Barney McHugh who predeceased her on January 6, 2012.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm, Thursday, January 18th at Blount & Curry, Terrace Oaks. A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at 11:00 am, Friday, January 19th at Corpus Christi Catholic Church. Interment in Sunset Memory Gardens will followed by a reception at the Temple Terrace Golf and Country Club.
