Maria M.J. Josefina (MJ) Labrie

LABRIE, Maria Josefina Alarilla (MJ), age 51, of Wesley Chapel, FL passed away Saturday, October 18, 2014. She was born October 19, 1962 in Manila, Philippines to her parents, Leonidez and Teresita Alarilla. MJ was employed by USF Federal Credit Union in Tampa and prior to that at Navy Federal Credit Union in Hawaii. She was an active member of her church, The Crossing in Brandon. She loved spending time with family and friends, loved shopping, especially Forever XXI and Nine West, and Starbucks dates with her husband. MJ was preceded in death by her father, Leonidez Alarilla and her grandparents Leoncia and Benito Meneses. She is survived by her mother, Teresita Alarilla; husband, Chris Labrie; daughter, Almond Joyce Cruz (Sean Davis); son, Albert Vincent Cruz; stepdaughter, Erica Labrie; stepson, Nicholas Labrie; grandson, Vaughn Marley “Zorro” Davis; brother, Eric Alarilla- Featherston (Tim); sister, Clarissa Alarilla; brother-in-law, Todd Labrie; mother and father-in-law, Sue and Dave Labrie and grandparents, Patricia Perry, Patricia Mozzicato and John and Jackie Mozzicato. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Friday, October 24th at Blount & Curry, Terrace Oaks Chapel, where a service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, October 25th.
