He was preceded in death by his parents; and his son, David Nicoletti.
Survivors include his loving wife of 48 years, June Valenti Simpson; son, Rhett Simpson (Stephanie); brother, Ron Simpson (Gwen); sister, Sybil Rackley; sister-in-law, Linda Geller; and grandchildren, Stella, Scarlett and Thomas Simpson and Jacob Nicoletti.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, July 12, 2024 from 6 - 8 PM at Mision Lago Estate, 11901 Fort King Hwy, Thonotosassa, FL 33592.
