Tom was born in Brooksville, Florida on March 13, 1948 . He is preceded in death by his mother Virginia & father Richard. Tom is a 1966 graduate of Chamberlain high school and also graduated from the University of South Florida. He proudly served with the First Marine Division in Vietnam & was awarded the Purple Heart medal in 1969. Tom was well known for his love of the sport of rugby & an original member of the Tampa Rugby Club. Later in life, Tom was the owner & proprietor of ‘RTS Sports’. Tom will be remembered for his intellect, his sense of humor & his loyalty to Family & Friends.
Visitation will begin at 10:30 am followed by a funeral service beginning at 11 am on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at Blount & Curry, Terrace Oaks Chapel, 12690 N 56th Street, Temple Terrace, FL 33617. Interment will follow at 3 pm at Lake Lindsey Cemetery, 22371 Lake Lindsey Road, Brooksville, FL 34601.
