Carol Ann was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, James E. Moeller; daughter, Rebecca L. Moeller-Richardson (Michael J. Richardson); son, Barry W. Moeller; and grandchildren Shelby Moeller, Michael Richardson, Sadie Richardson, Christin Moeller, Alicia Grisham and Alex Moeller.
Memorial donations in memory of Carol can be made to the Carol Moeller Scholarship Fund, Troy ISD, Attn; Cindy Holloway, P.O. Box 409, Troy, TX 76579. Arrangements were entrusted to Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Temple.
