SFC Eddie Earl Williams was born on December 13, 1941 in Natchez, Mississippi to Fred and Sarah Baker. He left us on July 2, 2019.
Eddie joined the United States Army right after high school. He served and retired after 22 years from the US Army. He worked at Fort Hood as a Surveillant Contractor for Nutrition Food Service for 8-1/2 years. He also retired from the VA Hospital's Nutrition Food Service after 8 years.
Eddie was a loving husband and a great dad and a wonderful granddaddy. His interests included watching his Cowboys and Los Angeles Lakers. He also loved to cook and enjoyed watching old movies.
Mr. Williams is survived by his wife, Waltraud Willie; two children, Queen E. McLane, Thomas Bach; two grandchildren, Stephanie, Scuell and Carl Ellis, Jr.; two great-grandchildren, Skylar Gipson and Carl Ellis III, and a host of cousins. He is preceded in death by both parents, Fred and Sarah Baker.
