Estelle was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie & Cassie Votaw, her husband of 52 years, Roy Gebhard; her son Royce Gebhard, daughter, Doris Santos; grandson, Alvin Woods; brothers, Lester, Chester and Wesley, and her sisters Esther and Elsie.
Estelle was a faithful wife to her husband, Roy, in taking care of him after he returned from World War II with health issues due to being a prisoner of war for 3 ½ years. Estelle loved and cherished him along with her family.
Estelle worked for several years in nursing homes and later had a daycare in her home. She faithfully served the Lord and was a Sunday school teacher for years. Her main interest was to train her five children in the fear of the Lord. She taught them to serve the Lord and to be faithful to Him along with being faithful to their families. Estelle instilled in them that no matter what the need was or how difficult things may be, God will answer if you only call on him.
She will be greatly missed by those that loved her.
Special thanks to the Weston Inn Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and to the Bluebonnet Hospice for all of their special care.
