I met Frank from our days as new Engineers at TCATA, at West Fort Hood, TX. I was the Engineer for the WESS program when Frank arrived from New Jersey to become the Engineer for the ADAS .series, and along with Ray William, the engineer for the PRRS formed a team in the troop training development program. Our three engineers were the lead program managers in the development of realistic electronic battlefield simulation systems. Frank was a good engineer working with military contractors in getting the systems operational and into service. Frank loved his family, going home each day to lunch with his lovely wife, Helga. He frequently spoke of his son, Karl, a bidding communications high school scholar at the time. Lloyd Pearson

I remember Uncle Frank singing and playing the guitar when I was little. He sounded just like a famous country western star. He even sent me a CD years later. Rest in Peace Uncle Frank.
