Mark Allen Edwards

A graveside service with Military Honors will be held on Friday, November 8, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, Killeen, Texas.

Mark was born into a military family so his home changed frequently. He graduated from Crocket High School in Austin, TX in 1978 and joined the Navy soon after. He spent 15 years in the Navy. After the Navy he went to truck driving school and drove for about 10 years. On one trip he stopped to render aid and was hit by a hit and run driver and became permanently disabled. In 2011 he moved to Texas to be closer to family.

Mark is survived by his son, Michael Edwards of Silverhill, Al, his parents, Bob and Pam Edwards of Morgans Point, a brother, David Edwards of S. Weber, UT and two sisters, Sandy Edwards of Morgans Point and Dawn Oubre of Flowood, MS.
