Marshall Norman Wipff, Jr. was born July 23, 1960, in Georgetown, Texas. He was the son of Marshall Norman Wipff, Sr. and Elizabeth Ann Wipff of Florence, Texas. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Linda Becker Wipff of Temple; his children Jarrett Wipff (Whitney) of Temple, Shaunacy Vail of Boerne, and Brandon Vail (Ashley) of Canton; his brothers Truman Wipff (Jackie) of Georgetown, Sherman Wipff (Kathy) of Florence, and John Wipff (Elisha) of Kyle; and his grandchildren Frankie Rose, Luke, Jayden, Joshua, and Jaxson.
Norman worked for many years in commercial construction and retired as Corporate Safety Director for Journeyman Construction in Austin.
A memorial service will be held at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home, 3220 S. 31st Street in Temple, on Saturday, October 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Norman will be laid to rest at Hillcrest Cemetery in Temple.
