He was best known for his accomplishments as a competitor and instructor in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Ralphy is survived by his parents, Ralph and Angela Sebexen, his sister, Jeannie Rose Sebexen, and a brother, Robert “Bubba” Stottler and sister, Amanda Stottler. He is also survived by his grandmother.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 19 at 6:30 pm in the chapel of Crawford Bowers Funeral home in Killeen.
