Epifanio Roy Gutierrez, age 84, of Belton, Texas passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2020 at his residence. Epifanio was born January 19, 1936 in Edcouch, Texas. A visitation for Epifanio will be held Sunday, August 23, 2020 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home, Temple, Texas. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 24, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home, Temple, Texas with Rev. Ben Gutierrez officiating. Burial will follow at North Belton Cemetery. Epifanio moved to Belton, TX in 1964. He married Frances Tovar May 10, 1959 in Santa Rosa, TX. He retired from The Church of God of The Firstborn. He is preceded in death by son Elias Gutierrez. Epifanio is survived by his wife Frances Gutierrez, Children, 2 daughters Elsie Springer and Lisa Barocio, 4 sons, Rudy Gutierrez, Abel Gutierrez, Simon Gutierrez and Benjamin Gutierrez, 21 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.
