Alcie Allen Wilson Sr.

Alcie is survived by his sister, Connie (Jack) Berry; his children, Chrystal (Chad) Rainbolt, Lacosta Wilson, Alcie Allen Wilson, Jr., Derrick Wilson, Virginia (Forest) Hedge, and Clayton “Buddy” (Jazmyne) Wilson. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Raymond Wilson and Harvey “Buddy” Wilson, his sisters, Shirley Wilson Archer, Priscilla Wilson Stanley, and Judy Wilson Smith; and several nieces and nephews.

Alcie was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed spending time with his family and playing cards with his friends. He was a hard-working man who would always lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He will forever be remembered as a loving son, father, brother, and friend.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 17 at Roselawn Funeral Home. A funeral ceremony will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, at the funeral home with Pastor Kevin Szwarga officiating. Alcie will be laid to rest in Roselawn Memorial Park.
